"In general, we are covering the entire sectors of the economy of Benue State because we noticed that the fundamental problem of the state is that the rural economy has collapsed. So we created a ministry for rural development and what we are trying to do is to extend some loan to cooperatives for them to create wealth in the village. We are also building a lot of rural roads so that agricultural produce from the farms can easily be moved to where they can get returns on them. So far, we have been delivering the dividends of democracy to the good people of Benue State." in an interview. Thisday 31st October 2009.
